Residential and Commercial Technician

A vacancy has arisen for the role of Residential and Commercial Technician.

This is a full time position of 8 hours a day Monday to Friday reporting to the Residential Restoration Manager.

In this role you will:

  • Carry out scheduled cleaning work for the Residential, Commercial & Communal department
  • Fire, Flood restoration work
  • Produce quotations for residential and commercial cleaning
  • Participate in the on-call rota
  • Adhere to the relevant Health and Safety regulations

Knowledge and skills required:

  • Previous experience of commercial cleaning in a similar role
  • Experience of working with clients, managers and staff
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to plan and prioritise workloads
  • Organisation skills
  • A full driving licence is essential
  • BDMA qualification desirable

Cleaning Operative

A vacancy has arisen for a Communal Cleaning Operative for the Communal Services Department

This role is 40 hours a week Monday to Friday with flexibility for some evening and weekend work.

Main tasks:

  • Carrying out scheduled cleaning work for the Communal Division, but also within the Commercial division if required according to the company needs
  • Keeping vehicles stocked with specified stock levels and equipment
  • Carrying out daily and weekly maintenance vehicle and equipment checks and reporting any irregularities, damage or accident without delay to the relevant department
  • Collecting and completing relevant documentation to meet legal and organisational requirements
  • Forming good and appropriate relationships with all colleagues and clients
  • Delivering excellent Customer Service

Mobile Field Support

A vacancy has arisen for the role of Mobile Field Support for Newbury in the Commercial Services Department.

This is a part time position of 4 hours a day Monday to Friday.

Main tasks

  • Providing an excellent on-site cleaning service
  • Responding to customer requests and correcting any service errors
  • Reporting and auditing services
  • Monitoring cleaning contracts and reporting to the Field Services Supervisor
  • Ensure that all services are delivered in line with current standards, especially Health & Safety
  • Completing the required administration in a timely and accurate manner
  • Keeping the company vehicle stocked with all appropriate equipment and supplies, and ensuring it is kept clean and all vehicle checks are carried out weekly.
  • Forming good and appropriate relationships with all colleagues and clients
  • Cover cleaning when staff are absent or on holiday

Educated to secondary level, ideally with mathematics and English qualifications.

A clean driving licence is essential.
